Job Description

Summary

Senior manager-level leader responsible for managing store operations and resources to maximize sales and profitability while enhancing the customer experience. Works on-site in the assigned store and reports to the Store General Manager. Oversees inventory accuracy, expense management, labor and staffing, and performance of operational leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily execution of all store operations
  • Manage inbound and outbound order fulfillment and accuracy
  • Support merchandise price changes and related processes
  • Manage non-payroll and payroll expenses including labor and scheduling
  • Flex resources, processes, and behaviors to improve operational efficiency
  • Directly manage Sales Support Managers and Loss Prevention Leaders
  • Drive store inventory accuracy and operational processes
  • Monitor performance to support sales and profitability goals
  • Work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience including luxury retail fashion experience
  • Proven history of leading, motivating, and coaching teams
  • In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds when required
  • Strong operational and inventory management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
