Director Operations - Asset Protection Store Execution

The Director of Asset Protection Operations will lead and implement cross-functional initiatives to support organizational strategies across Stores, Supply Chain, and Corporate Offices. This role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced environment to shape new business strategies and foster innovative solutions.

• Lead national Asset Protection Technology, Systems, Training, and Program Management.
• Engage in continuous planning and execution of Asset Protection programs.
• Develop and implement strategies leveraging industry best practices.
• Build collaborative relationships with Corporate partners and Field Leaders.
• Empower and mentor a team of project managers.
• Develop strategies for annual strategic business plan goals, including shrink reduction.
• Oversee deployment of technology solutions and Asset Protection standards.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management.
• 15+ years of overall business experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in managing Corporate functions and leading a team.
• Understanding of Asset Protection strategy development and security systems technology.
• Proven problem-solving skills and risk management expertise.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
