- Guide performance media models with a balanced view on brand image and performance goals.
- Stay current with industry news, digital trends, platforms, and experiences to drive innovation and business performance.
- Develop, manage, and innovate Media Guidelines annually for the Americas region.
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and ensure media accountability.
- Manage agency teams, negotiate agency scope, and champion the best outputs from partnerships.
- Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams at Tiffany & Co. and LVMH.
- Nurture a high-performing team of media subject matter experts.
- Interact with senior leaders regularly and manage large budgets with strict financial stewardship.
Requirements- 10-12 years of media experience, preferably with agency and in-house background.
- Strong knowledge of digital, social, and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing media budgets and agencies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to set and adjust priorities independently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or deep understanding of working with luxury brands.
