Director Partnerships Events

The Director of Partnerships & Events will play a crucial role within the Marketing & Communications team, focusing on identifying and championing brand partnerships to enhance the brand's image and desirability. This position requires collaboration with the global team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of opportunities in North America, aligning with brand values.

• Identify and negotiate new brand partnerships to enhance brand image and desirability.
• Coordinate and execute image-based events and exhibitions to support traffic-driving initiatives and press strategy.
• Negotiate value from existing agreements and collaborate with the global team on activations and events.
• Manage and mentor a team to deliver outcomes representing luxury brand standards.
• Partner with the Communications Director to identify opportunities for brand image communications.
• Liaise with the Global team to assess project needs and execution capabilities in the local market.
• Source and manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to align with brand strategy and budget.

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or event management.
• Experience in luxury or retail sectors such as fashion, jewelry, auto, or tech.
• Awareness of trends, influencers, art, music, food, and fashion.
• Understanding of global markets and luxury event practices.
• Experience in mentoring and managing motivated team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable managing budgets and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
