Director Personal Shopping

Summary

Lead the personal shopping function for a flagship location, driving high touch client relationships and elevated service experiences. Oversee strategy and execution for personalized client engagements and grow revenue through concierge services. Act as a senior in-store leader collaborating with sales teams and cross functional partners to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personal shopping programs to drive client acquisition and retention
• Lead and mentor personal shopping team to achieve sales and service targets
• Manage VIP client relationships and coordinate personalized appointments and events
• Collaborate with store leadership to integrate personal shopping into overall sales strategy
• Monitor performance metrics and report on business results and client activity
• Coordinate with inventory and visual teams to ensure curated selections for clients
• Oversee client communications and outreach initiatives
• Represent the brand at client facing events and appointments

Requirements

• Minimum eight years of relevant retail or personal shopping experience
• Proven leadership experience managing high performing client services teams
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of meeting sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
