Requirements- B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading platform teams in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing principles and architecture patterns.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes technologies.
- Experience operating enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with open telemetry framework for observability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and execution bias.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders.
