Job Description

Summary

The Director, Program Management for Financial Insights, Analytics & AI leads enterprise programs to modernize Finance by delivering analytics, automation, and AI solutions at scale. This hybrid role partners with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, and business teams to translate leadership priorities into outcome-driven roadmaps and production-ready solutions. The position owns end-to-end portfolio execution, executive communications, and the operating model to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of cross-functional programs focused on finance automation, analytics modernization, and AI enablement.
  • Translate finance priorities into an outcome-driven roadmap balancing near-term efficiency and long-term investments.
  • Drive reductions in manual effort through automation, self-service reporting, and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Deliver secure, explainable, production-ready analytics and AI solutions that improve financial visibility.
  • Own program execution including dependencies, risks, change impacts, and executive-ready updates.
  • Build a high-performing team and repeatable delivery standards to elevate program execution maturity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional finance transformation, analytics, or technology programs; 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Strong finance operations expertise with knowledge of close, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Proven track record delivering automation, analytics, or AI initiatives that materially reduce manual work.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data, product, and technology teams and to communicate with executives.
