Responsibilities- Lead the regulatory affairs team in gaining and maintaining market access for cosmetics and OTC drugs in the USA and Canada.
- Identify and action opportunities to drive business growth through regulatory compliance.
- Monitor competitive market trends and health authority activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Advocacy team to evaluate regulatory impacts and create proposals.
- Lead operational questions related to cosmetics and OTC drug regulations.
- Drive internal processes for product launch preparations, notifications, and registrations.
- Deliver key projects within timelines and regulatory compliance.
- Provide leadership and talent development within the team.
- Communicate operational impacts of regulations to teams.
Requirements- 10 years of experience in Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs.
- 5 years of people-management experience.
- Professional background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Legal, or related science.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret regulations and deliver creative solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Fluent knowledge of USA and Canada cosmetic and drug regulations.
- Fluency or working knowledge of French is a plus.
