Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Regulatory Affairs, you will lead the operational regulatory affairs team for LVMH Beauty brands, focusing on cosmetics and OTC drugs in the USA and Canada. You will be the primary contact for governmental agencies and will operationalize new laws and regulations. This role requires a self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of navigating complex regulatory environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the regulatory affairs team and manage operational regulatory topics for cosmetics and OTC drugs.
  • Identify opportunities and risks in the regulatory landscape to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy and Advocacy team to evaluate regulatory impacts and create proposals.
  • Oversee regulatory processes including product launch preparations, notifications, and registrations.
  • Deliver key projects within timelines and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide leadership and talent development within the team.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs.
  • 5 years of people-management experience.
  • Professional background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Legal, or related science.
  • Strong knowledge of USA and Canada cosmetic and drug regulations.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
