Summary
Senior marketing leader responsible for defining and executing brand social and influencer strategy across platforms, integrating paid and organic approaches, building a high performing team, and driving measurable business impact. Role partners cross functionally with Creative, PR, Communications, and Media to amplify brand storytelling and enable social commerce. Position can be based in Seattle or New York and involves hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of brand social and influencer strategies aligned to business goals
- Drive innovation across social platforms and identify emerging trends and formats
- Oversee integration of paid and organic social strategies to optimize performance
- Partner with Creative, Brand PR, Communications, and Media to deliver campaigns
- Establish and scale community engagement and localized experiential activations
- Manage platform partnerships and advocate for early access to new features
- Define measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and report to senior leadership
- Build develop and coach a high performing marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in social media influencer marketing or digital brand leadership
- Proven track record leading social and influencer marketing at scale preferably in fashion or retail
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms
- Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholders
- History of building mentoring and developing inclusive collaborative team cultures
