Director, Sourcebook Copy

Summary

Lead the Brand Copy team responsible for accurate, consistent copy across RH sourcebooks and other print and digital materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining RH's brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead editors and coordinate sourcebook copy schedules, priorities, and contributor assignments.
• Write, edit, and proofread sourcebook copy and additional print and digital assets.
• Support high-level messaging strategy and creative copy in partnership with the VP of Brand Copy.
• Maintain product information, the RH style guide, and word list; verify pricing in Canadian, UK, and EU sourcebook editions.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of copyediting experience; retail, home furnishings, or luxury retail experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite.
