Job Description

Summary

Senior sales leader responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with top clients and driving high-value revenue in the Tysons Corner and Chevy Chase area. Leads strategy for client acquisition and retention while collaborating with store and regional teams to elevate the customer experience. Acts as primary executive contact for major accounts and ensures alignment with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain top clients in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and key accounts.
  • Work closely with store leadership to coordinate client events and personalized service initiatives.
  • Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for growth with major clients.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on client activity and revenue trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and visual teams to tailor client-facing experiences.
  • Represent the brand at industry and community events to increase visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of relevant sales or client development experience.
  • Proven track record managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in luxury retail or related industry preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel locally within the territory.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
