SummaryAs the Director of Trade Marketing and Experience Design, you will establish commercial brand standards, materials, logistics, and optimization, aligning with the overall brand strategy and image. Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio-wide Trade Marketing Team with a focus on consumers and customers.
- Consolidate and create a new model of Trade Marketing with internal teams and agency partners.
- Work closely with Brand teams to translate brand strategy into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines.
- Create core brand commercial program ideas, including consumer insights and distribution strategy.
- Engage and oversee third-party agencies to support material creation and non-premise events.
- Overhaul POSM approach and create strategic recommendations for optimization.
- Manage warehousing relationships and budgets with third-party agencies.
- Oversee internal resources platform and provide annual reporting on performance.
- Organize and project manage all portfolio resources and projects with creative agencies.
- Lead onboarding for new Commercial Marketing Team members.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Strong business/commercial strategy experience.
- Experience working within the beverage alcohol and three-tier system.
- Strong analytical skills and desire to work with information systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization/project management capabilities.
