Director, Wholesale

Summary

The Director of Wholesale will lead the wholesale team and develop strategies to elevate the brand and drive growth. This role oversees commercial performance, customer relationships, product assortment, inventory, and in-store and online execution. The position is based in New York and requires domestic and international travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and drive business performance by client, category, channel, and store.
• Develop and present reporting and strategic actions to drive sell-in and sell-out.
• Manage open-to-buy budgets, sales, inventory, and margin across the network.
• Build relationships with wholesale buyers, planners, store leaders, and sales teams to optimize business.
• Present collections, oversee orders, and lead the wholesale team.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support a cohesive wholesale business across channels.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable experience in luxury fashion or a related field.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, analytical skills, and retail math proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
