- Lead the workforce planning process, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management of workforce resources.
- Lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean & Six Sigma tools and philosophies.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze workforce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs and develop solutions to address workforce challenges.
- Partner with functional teams to ensure workforce management processes align with business ambitions, company policies, and labor regulations.
- Implement and maintain workforce management systems and tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the workforce management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Prepare and present reports on workforce metrics, performance, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
Requirements- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in workforce management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience leading and participating in process improvement projects, preferably with Lean / Six Sigma certifications (Green/Black Belt).
- Strong knowledge of workforce management principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in workforce management software and data analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to respond to unexpected challenges and opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in workforce planning and scheduling.

- Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours/days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
