SummaryAs the Director of Accounting, you will lead a team in a shared services environment to ensure the delivery of materially accurate financials for Kering and its brands. You will be responsible for driving an accurate and timely close through detailed planning and strong communication with all stakeholders, including your team, the brands, and other areas of the shared services that impact and are impacted by the close.
Responsibilities- Drive improvement during the transition of processes from the brands to the shared service and in a newly implemented SAP environment.
- Support, mediate, and meet all the brands' needs for the respective departments using a pragmatic and diplomatic approach.
- Define and standardize processes across the brands wherever possible.
- Ensure the company and its affiliated brands are properly supported by the departments to provide world-class services.
- Review, document, and adjust existing processes to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Develop SLAs to ensure brand needs are well understood, documented, and expectations are managed and met.
- Develop KPIs to manage department performance and demonstrate adherence to SLAs.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
Requirements- Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to understand and navigate a complex inter-company environment.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury goods and/or retail industry.
- Ability to act as an agent of change with a diplomatic and pragmatic approach towards all stakeholders.
- Track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Detail-oriented, strategic, and empathetic.

- Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Blackline, HFM (Hyperion), and Microsoft Office.
