Responsibilities- Develop and execute outreach strategies for high-net-worth clients in collaboration with market Client Relations leaders.
- Partner with Regional Client Relations teams to address local needs and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with merchandising and Zone High Jewelry teams to meet client expectations regarding the High Jewelry assortment.
- Initiate and develop a community of High Jewelry Experts with strong knowledge in stones and jewelry making.
- Create and implement a training plan for the community of experts to enhance their storytelling and sales capabilities.
- Identify and engage potential internal and external candidates for the community of experts.
- Continuously seek creative opportunities to engage and support the community of experts for ongoing learning and industry insight updates.
Requirements- 8+ years of related experience in the luxury watch and jewelry industry.
- Qualification in gemology, preferably at the GG level.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and support local initiatives effectively.
- Experience in client relations or client-facing roles.
