Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Operations at our Beverly Hills location, you will play a crucial role in managing resources and maintaining operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability. You will enhance the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability, working on-site and reporting to the Store General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily execution of all store operations.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Support merchandise price changes and manage expenses to guide profitability.
  • Manage non-payroll and payroll expenses, including labor, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Flex resources, processes, and behaviors to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Directly manage the performance of Sales Support Managers and Loss Prevention Leaders.
  • Ensure store inventory accuracy and process adherence.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in luxury retail fashion.
  • Proven history of leading, motivating, and coaching teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
