Job Description

Summary

As the Director of Strategic Media, you will lead and implement strategic media initiatives for David Yurman, overseeing planning, development, execution, and performance tracking of media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the media landscape and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Define and guide media agency to develop sophisticated media strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Optimize target audience segments, media channels, and creative approaches.
  • Manage media budgets and negotiate favorable media rates.
  • Track and analyze media campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic media planning, buying, and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of media channels, including digital performance media.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proven experience in successful media campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
