Distribution Associate

Summary

Temporary distribution associates support peak operations at Tiffany & Co.'s Whippany distribution center, working multiple shifts to ensure timely order fulfillment. Associates maintain inventory integrity, prepare and process domestic and international shipments, and adhere to luxury brand handling standards. Positions include Operations Associate, Inbound Associate, and Material Handler performing packing, receiving, replenishment, and equipment operation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing functions to accurately prepare client orders and meet productivity metrics.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments by scanning cartons, applying correct labels, securing cartons, and completing online shipping forms.
• Receive inbound shipments, put merchandise away, process returns, and prepare inventory for picking.
• Replenish packing stations and aisle locations and document inbound and outbound materials and supplies.
• Operate material handling equipment and technology while following care and handling guidelines and securing company assets.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and multiple shift patterns.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, barcode scanning, and online shipping platforms.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (as required) and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain inventory integrity and ensure accurate shipment processing.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred.
