Distribution Center Associate - Facilities

As a Distribution Center Associate at our North East, MD location, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, picking, put-away, and shipping of products, adhering to company standards of safety, security, and productivity.

• Receive pallets to floor aligned by vendor to ensure accurate completed receipt by purchase order.
• Stage and load within outbound trailers as per shipping best practices.
• Ensure accuracy of load per best practices, such as stacking larger cartons on the bottom and lighter cartons on top.
• Stack library items left to right to ensure safe handling practices for unloading.
• Ensure products are stored, put away, picked, and shipped accurately and without damage.
• Comply with individual, team, and departmental productivity and performance goals.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain a consistently clean and debris-free warehouse.

• 1+ years of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
