Distribution Center Associate

As a Distribution Center Associate at RH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center located in Patterson, CA. You will be responsible for handling various tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of goods and materials within the facility.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

• No prior experience required, but previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
