Distribution Center Associate - Receiving

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, putting away, and shipping products accurately and safely. The role supports inventory flow and productivity goals while maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets by vendor and ensure accurate completion of receipts by purchase order.
• Stage and load outbound trailers according to shipping best practices.
• Store, put away, pick, and ship products accurately without damaging items.
• Meet individual, team, and departmental productivity goals.
• Follow applicable safety requirements and keep the warehouse clean and free of debris.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills, with a strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
