Distribution Center Associate

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate supports accurate and efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products. The role follows safety and productivity standards while protecting products from damage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stage pallets by vendor and purchase order.
• Load outbound trailers using safe, accurate shipping practices.
• Store, put away, pick, and ship products without damaging them.
• Meet individual, team, and departmental productivity goals.
• Follow applicable safety requirements and keep the warehouse clean and clear of debris.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow, organization, and communication.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
