Distribution Center Associate

Summary

The Distribution Center Associate receives, stores, picks, puts away, and ships products accurately and safely. The role supports productivity goals and helps maintain an organized, clean warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets by vendor and verify completed receipts against purchase orders.
• Stage and load outbound trailers following shipping and safe-handling practices.
• Store, put away, pick, and ship products accurately while preventing damage.
• Meet individual, team, and departmental productivity goals.
• Follow applicable safety requirements and keep the warehouse clean and free of debris.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow, organization, and communication.
• Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
