Job Description

Summary

As a Distribution Clerk 2, you will be responsible for handling returned merchandise from customers and accurately recording information into the SAP and/or vendor information systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of the return process.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate data entry of returned products in SAP or other vendor systems.
  • Process returns by inspecting and evaluating frames in a timely manner.
  • Key accurate evaluations of products into the system.
  • Confirm return orders are generated correctly for customer account credits.
  • Forward any errors in the return order process to appropriate support staff.
  • Use SAP or vendor information systems for information retrieval and research.
  • Print product labels accurately and manage inventory segregation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to follow directions and meet production schedules.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude and numerical recognition.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours.
  • Experience with SAP and/or vendor information systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
