As a Distribution Clerk - Shipping Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient distribution of optical frames, lenses, and contact lenses. You will be responsible for picking products, preparing them for shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

• Pick optical frames, lenses, and contact lenses and place them into boxes for shipping.
• Replace inventory and ensure accurate stock rotation.
• Use a wrist scanner to follow instructions and navigate tasks.
• Work collaboratively across different teams as needed.
• Verify orders, correct discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation and labeling.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Effective communication skills with managers and peers.
• Ability to meet and exceed production goals.
• Experience with RF devices (scanners) is a plus.
• Basic reading and mathematics skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work assignments.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
