Job Description

Summary

As a District Director for Kering Eyewear in Southern Texas, you will play a key leadership role within the Sales team, responsible for leading and coaching brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional results and customer service. You will define and execute strategic action plans to control KPIs and sales activities, identify key talent, and maintain a strong market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach brand ambassadors to achieve their highest potential through training and goal planning.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
  • Support sales brand ambassador teams by implementing company strategies.
  • Conduct store visits and co-travel with sales brand ambassadors.
  • Build and nurture customer relationships and conduct client visits.
  • Enhance sales processes and collaborate with various departments.
  • Develop business plans for top customers and monitor KPIs.
  • Analyze sales trends and develop strategic action plans.
  • Evaluate distribution and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide forecasting and implement strategies for gap closure.
  • Promote brand awareness and capture market share.
  • Drive local, regional, and national selling events.
  • Monitor sales teams and provide feedback on performance.
  • Partner with HR on employee relations and performance reviews.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate on new product and service trainings.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales management, including district roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, eyecare, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and building relationships.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strategic, decisive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Available to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Based in San Antonio, Austin, or Houston.
