Summary
Lead divisional marketing and public relations for the company on a 12 to 13 month contract, overseeing brand strategy, advertising, content, PR, events, digital marketing, and customer engagement to drive brand consistency and business objectives. Manage cross functional teams and collaborate with vendors and partners to develop and execute cohesive marketing plans informed by data and market insights. Champion innovative content, personalization, and AI driven strategies to optimize customer journeys and enhance cultural relevance and shareability. Role requires on site attendance at head office a minimum of three days per week.
