Summary
Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy and oversee HR operations including payroll and HRIS to align with business objectives. Drive analytics informed decision-making, process improvements, and executive level presentations while managing risk and compliance. Build and mentor high performing teams and partner with senior leaders and external consultants to execute enterprise level initiatives. This role requires a minimum of three days on site per week at the 60 Bloor Street location.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategy covering compensation benefits recognition and performance management
- Lead cross functional total rewards initiatives from strategy to execution supported by analytics
- Oversee HR operations including HRIS payroll compliance and employee relations
- Establish metrics reporting systems and dashboards to measure program effectiveness
- Lead process improvement to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience
- Present findings and recommendations to executives board and senior stakeholders
- Partner with executives senior leaders vendors and consultants on significant matters
- Manage risk associated with total rewards programs and HR operations
- Lead mentor and develop the total rewards and HR operations teams
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in total rewards and HR operations at the enterprise level
- Deep subject matter expertise in total rewards trends and practical application
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data and visualization
- Excellent business acumen judgment and ability to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to lead change and influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast paced environment
- Confident effective written and verbal communication including presentations to board and CEO
- Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills
