Doorman - Fifth Avenue Mansion

As a Doorman at the Historical Cartier New York Flagship boutique on 52nd Street, you will be responsible for greeting and attending to clients, ensuring the highest level of client experience. You will embody the Cartier spirit by conveying brand values, culture, and image.

• Greet and attend to clients, providing a consistently excellent client experience.
• Open doors for clients and assist with belongings and packages.
• Direct clients to the appropriate department or representative.
• Assist clients in and out of cars and secure transportation needs.
• Set up and break down the boutique for opening and closing.
• Assist with boutique projects such as inventory and restocking supplies.
• Maintain clean and accessible exterior boutique premises.
• Convey Cartier heritage and values and comply with security procedures.
• Uphold Cartier image and act as a brand ambassador.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Available to work weekends and possess basic computer skills.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and project a professional image.
• Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities.
