Summary
Provide a gracious welcome and polished presence as the first and final touchpoint for guests, delivering luxury concierge style service while supporting store operations and security. Create memorable client experiences through brand knowledge and attentive hospitality in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients entering the store and provide a best in class welcome experience
- Direct clients to appropriate departments and sales associates
- Support personalized luxury client experiences and maintain professional presentation
- Partner with Asset Protection to maintain store safety and security protocols
- Monitor entrance and exit areas and manage client flow during high traffic periods
- Support implementation of store operating procedures to ensure efficiency
- Communicate and collaborate with sales and operations teams
- Participate in team meetings training and support special store events and promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail hospitality or high end customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and professional appearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of brand heritage and product assortments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs
