Job Description

Summary

As an E-Boutique Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional sales and customer service experiences for IWC's online clientele. You will leverage your knowledge of IWC's history, products, and partnerships to achieve sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain order book and sales pipeline, providing updates to clients on order status and product updates.
  • Develop extensive knowledge of industry news and competitive brands.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships through strategic clienteling campaigns.
  • Partner with management on CRM initiatives and client outreach plans.
  • Resolve client challenges with professionalism and provide recommendations to partners.
  • Embrace digital tools to enhance the luxury selling experience.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and support after-sale clients.
  • Embody IWC Corporate Values: Imaginative, Confident, Active, Responsible, Engineered.
Requirements
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
  • General knowledge of the timepiece industry.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to project a professional image and resolve disputes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
