E-Commerce Distribution Center Associate

As an E-Commerce Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a world-class customer experience by efficiently processing eCommerce fulfillments. Your responsibilities will include verifying orders, allocating or reallocating as needed, and managing the picking, packing, and shipping processes. You will work closely with the Distribution Center Manager, eCommerce team, Special Orders Administrator, and retail store personnel to coordinate fulfillments from the store.

• Pick, pack, and ship eCommerce and store orders.
• Gift wrap orders upon customer request.
• Coordinate with the Special Orders Administrator for items needed for eCommerce customers.
• Track the use of consumables to prevent shortages.
• Participate in physical inventory checks.
• Track, update, and post key performance indicators.
• Assist with other assignments and special projects as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in retail or wholesale business.
• Minimum of 2 years of eCommerce fulfillment experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
