Job Description

Summary

The E-Commerce Intern will support Loro Piana North America’s online business by assisting the E‑commerce Merchandising, Operations, and Guest Services teams. The role includes creating and managing e‑commerce reporting, maintaining the Activation Calendar, supporting inventory and returns processes, and updating local merchandising on US and Canadian sites. The intern will contribute to performance analysis, launch trackers, internal bulletins, and cross‑team coordination within a global e‑commerce operation.

Responsibilities

  • Support E‑Commerce NA team across merchandising, operations, and guest services functions
  • Assist in product ranking and merchandising updates to optimize sales and conversion
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports and analyze key performance indicators
  • Maintain the E‑Commerce NA Activation Calendar and templates for internal bulletins
  • Create trackers for product launches, store transfers, operations and marketing campaigns
  • Support order handling, warehouse returns, inventory processes, and guest delighting initiatives
  • Monitor site updates for Global, US and Canada sites and deliver feedback to NA and HQ teams

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce, user experience, delivery experience and digital media
  • Affinity for luxury fashion and leather goods with awareness of category trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and presentation ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret multiple KPIs
  • Positive, collaborative, hands‑on and energetic attitude
