Job Description

Summary

The E-Commerce Intern at Loro Piana North America will support the growth of the online business by assisting in Operations or Guest Services. This role involves creating and managing critical E-Commerce reports, maintaining the Activation Calendar, and collaborating with Operations on inventory and returns processes. The intern will also update merchandising initiatives on US and Canadian sites and handle general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support E-Commerce NA team in Merchandising, Performance Media, Guest Services, and Operations.
  • Maintain and organize the E-Commerce NA Activation Calendar.
  • Create trackers for monitoring performance across product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain templates for internal E-Commerce Bulletins.
  • Support creation of Clienteling Templates and Campaigns.
  • Assist Guest Services Team with order handling, warehouse returns, and inventory.
  • Manage Guest Delighting opportunities with Guest Services.
  • Develop a competitive brand monthly e-commerce activation report.
  • Run Ad Hoc Analysis for E-Commerce site performance.
  • Monitor site updates and provide feedback to NA and HQ teams.
  • Respond to Ad Hoc team and client requests.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital space, e-commerce, and retail trends.
  • Affinity for luxury, fashion, and leather goods.
  • Experience with 3rd party digital marketing partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good client-facing manner and eagerness to solve client issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of CRM, email, and client segmentation analysis.
  • Positive, collaborative, and energetic attitude.
