Responsibilities- Daily management of on-site activities, focusing on catalog management, product sorting, filters, navigation menu, and homepage updates.
- Ensure alignment of on-site activities with brand objectives and the global editorial calendar.
- Curate Visual Merchandising activities for diesel.com, considering delivery, seasonal trends, and inventory levels.
- Partner with buying and merchandising teams to promote the right products and initiatives.
- Coordinate main promotional initiatives and internal search engine optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, IT, and UX/UI teams to implement merchandising tools and support on-site testing activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Ensure an excellent online shopping experience for customers and address feedback.
- Monitor and report on website performance, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Use data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in an eCommerce Marketing role.
- Knowledge of online business development tactics and e-commerce trends.
- Understanding of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools.
- Proficient knowledge of SFCC Commerce Cloud and Office package.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics tool and Algolia is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Extreme attention-to-detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong reasoning skills and aptitude for problem solving.
- Proven ability to interact and collaborate across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to exercise independent discretion and make decisions in a time-sensitive environment.
