E-Commerce Operations Manager

As an E-Commerce Operations Manager at Montblanc in New York, you will play a crucial role in advancing the brand's digital presence by managing the operational infrastructure of Montblanc.com in North America. You will ensure operational accuracy, data integrity, and readiness across all digital initiatives, supporting a Client Relations team focused on excellent client service and experience.

• Lead and manage operational escalations, including fraud investigations, payment validation issues, and order holds.
• Collaborate with the After-Sales team to manage repair and replacement workflows.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards to analyze escalation trends and optimize processes.
• Manage end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Oversee return logistics and personalized order flows, ensuring smooth reverse logistics.
• Monitor key systems for synchronization issues and platform discrepancies.
• Support User Acceptance Testing and regression testing for new feature rollouts.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or a related operational role.
• Extensive experience with SAP and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• Experience working in Agile environments, with Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in managing digital content and streamlining workflows.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
