Job Description

Summary

The E-Commerce Supervisor oversees ecommerce operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center, ensuring efficient order flow, inventory management, and adherence to service level agreements. This role supports picking operations, coordinates between shifts, and analyzes marketing and promotions data to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create wave criteria and use line balancing tools to optimize picking operations
  • Assume Picking Supervisor duties in the Picking Manager's absence
  • Monitor and modify wave proves and productivity reports for accuracy
  • Coach and counsel employees who are not meeting standards
  • Organize web order workflow and delegate tasks to ensure clear duties
  • Manage ecommerce inventory and order flow
  • Maintain promotions calendar and track ecommerce marketing efforts
  • Ensure ecommerce service level agreements are met and information transitions smoothly between shifts
  • Assist with additional distribution center responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree
  • Production planning experience and strong computer skills including Manhattan SCALE and Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 5 year previous supervisory experience
  • Radio frequency paperless picking and experience in automated MHE environments
  • Current IATA and International Maritime Dangerous Goods certification
  • Three year experience with major retailer routing guides
  • Outstanding communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
