Summary
Lead the modernization of operational reporting across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This role combines analytics delivery, architecture governance, and stakeholder alignment across finance, supply chain, merchandising, and order management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of integrated operational reporting solutions across core SAP ERP processes.
- Develop non-core SAP analytics reporting using SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Manage reporting impacts from the SAP S/4HANA migration, including legacy report rationalization and implementation of modern reporting solutions.
- Govern reporting architecture to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cost-effective data management.
- Partner with business process owners, IT leaders, and solution integrators to align reporting with operational processes and master data.
- Promote SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud capabilities.
- Guide a cross-functional reporting and analytics team and support stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience leading analytics for at least 2-3 large-scale SAP program deliveries across multiple business process domains.
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP ERP reporting for finance, supply chain, merchandising, and order management.
- Deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
- Experience modernizing and rationalizing large legacy report libraries for performance and cost effectiveness.
- Understanding of modern data sharing and data management technologies for high data volumes.
- Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
