Responsibilities- Develop future strategy for Modern Workplace products and services, administering technologies such as Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft System Center Configuration Management, End Point Encryption, InTune, and Office 365.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to drive decisions and implementation, solving complex problems and providing end-to-end root cause analysis for issues related to Microsoft Operating Systems and Office 365 applications.
- Automate management of applications, databases, and PC devices using Microsoft Auto-Pilot and InTune.
- Identify trends, determine incident root causes, and manage adverse events from identification to resolution.
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
- Assist Learning and Development department in educating employees on collaboration policy and best practices.
- Create technical documents like Architecture views, Technology Architecture blueprints, and design specifications.
- Open and manage support tickets with support partners such as Microsoft Premier Support.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience developing processes and architecting Windows operating systems and application deployment.
- Experience with Office 365 tenant administration and advanced troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting complex PC interoperability issues.
- Experience with automation using SCCM and Intune deployment tools.
- Expert level PowerShell capabilities.
- Experience with cloud computing technology and virtualization.
- Experience coordinating technical solutions on an enterprise scale.
- Modern Workplace and Office 365 certificate completion or in progress preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android mobile devices and experience with MDM solutions.
- Experience with Bitlocker and SCCM for endpoint management and software delivery.
