Summary
The Ecommerce Coordinator processes online orders and provides timely resolution to customer inquiries by escalating or engaging internal teams as needed. This role supports order fulfillment, client liaison activities, inventory coordination, and personalized service for high-value clients while collaborating with operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform verification checks and coordinate shipments to contribute to efficient order fulfillment.
- Act as a client liaison to ensure seamless delivery execution.
- Work with operational teams on inventory management for available and backorder product.
- Support engagement workstreams to enhance the e-commerce customer experience.
- Handle a wide range of client and showroom inquiries using good judgment to resolve matters.
- Manage escalated order support and client issues.
- Provide personalized support to high-value clients via dedicated communication channels.
- Support the internal insurance claim replacement program.
Requirements
- Minimum two-year college degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work retail operational hours; some remote work may be required.
- Luxury retail and luxury watch or jewelry brand knowledge preferred.
- Experience with SAP and SAPC preferred.
