Ecommerce Fulfillment Coordinator

Summary

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for timely, accurate processing and handling of e-commerce orders and returns, ensuring quality control and adherence to omni-channel procedures. This role coordinates picking, packing, shipping, and return processing while working with customer service and systems to maintain order status and inventory. The coordinator produces reports on e-commerce fulfillment metrics to support operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Pick products for e-commerce orders
• Pack products following omni-channel packaging guidelines
• Ship orders via UPS
• Receive and process returns promptly
• Evaluate quality of returned products
• Return accepted product to stock
• Process returns within 48 hours of arrival
• Work with customer service on order status and requests
• Create and distribute e-commerce fulfillment reports

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehousing or fulfillment experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Familiarity with Magento and SAP
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to evaluate product quality and handle returns
