Ecommerce Intern

Summary

Six-month maternity cover supporting online operations under the E-commerce Manager. Assist with daily order flow, customer communication, coordination with internal teams, and administrative eCommerce tasks to ensure smooth operations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Support customer follow-ups under manager guidance.
• Perform basic Salesforce updates after training.
• Support order verification and documentation review.
• Coordinate with Logistics on order status and shipping timelines.
• Assist with Click and Collect coordination as needed.
• Maintain daily trackers for order flow and customer updates.
• Help compile daily, weekly, and monthly eCommerce reports.
• Assist updating internal dashboards and documentation of procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in retail, customer service, or administrative roles.
• eCommerce exposure preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in Excel at a basic level.
• Experience with Salesforce or Magento is a plus.
