Summary
Contract role to manage digital product onboarding for the ecommerce catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of product information and assets while supporting cross functional partners and adhering to SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and validate required product information and images from vendors
- Coordinate collection and upload of digital assets to meet brand standards
- Maintain product catalogue accuracy across digital channels
- Update and manage product information within SAP Hybris and related databases
- Track onboarding progress using the Ecommerce onboarding tracker
- Support Copy, Translation, Merchandising, and Photo Studio with product data
- Monitor SLA adherence and escalate risks or delays as required
- Assist with special projects and product removals
Requirements
- Post secondary degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience in Ecommerce Merchandising or Digital Operations preferred
- Experience with SAP Hybris is an asset
- Knowledge of luxury fashion categories is an asset
- Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow up and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Google Analytics
- Adaptable with problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
