Summary
The Ecommerce Sales Supervisor leads and coaches a team of virtual boutique sales professionals to achieve and exceed ecommerce sales targets, driving performance through effective leadership, digital tools and data driven decision making. This role focuses on improving online client experience, implementing technology solutions and optimizing sales processes to boost conversion and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise mentor and motivate ecommerce virtual boutique sales team to meet sales goals and KPIs
- Conduct regular performance reviews one on one meetings and provide feedback for development
- Foster a collaborative results oriented team culture with healthy competition
- Identify test and implement ecommerce technologies to increase sales efficiency
- Use data analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and inform decisions
- Monitor client feedback and online shopping behavior to recommend improvements
- Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales activities and implement action plans to boost conversion
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Process biweekly commission payouts and monthly sales incentives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing ecommerce or related field preferred
- Three to five years experience in ecommerce sales or digital retail with one to two years supervisory experience
- Experience within hospitality or technology related retail preferred
- Strong leadership coaching and team building skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce commerce cloud
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance metrics
- Ability to identify and implement new technology solutions
- Excellent communication organizational and problem solving skills
