Education Executive

Summary

Education Executive responsible for leading people development activities for Fragrance and Beauty in the Miami market, supporting field sales and expanding client business through coaching, in-store education, and talent strategies. Role partners with Account Executives, Market Directors, and Market Education Director to align learning plans with business objectives and drive performance improvements across counters and boutiques.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs and create individual and counter learning plans
• Deliver in-store education and conduct ongoing seminars for Fragrance and Beauty Advisors
• Provide side-by-side coaching on service rituals, application techniques, and clienteling
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Market Directors on talent strategies
• Support onboarding and influence employees development journeys
• Prioritize coaching of Counter Managers and Assistant Boutique Directors
• Leverage retailer clienteling systems to build advisor expertise
• Travel approximately 50 percent to support assigned markets

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills with emphasis on adult learning
• Ability to flex schedule based on business needs and travel frequently
• Home office setup and strong Microsoft Suite skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift at minimum 40 pounds
