Summary

Provide elevated sales assistance and customer service at a luxury retail location within South Coast Plaza. Support the store team in delivering personalized experiences, maintaining product presentation, and contributing to store sales goals on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and personalized recommendations
• Support the sales floor during peak periods and special events
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle clienteling tasks as directed
• Collaborate with store team to meet sales targets
• Manage inventory duties including restocking and organization
• Uphold brand service standards and client privacy

Requirements

• Prior retail or luxury sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Basic point of sale and clienteling system knowledge preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
