Email Analyst

Summary

The Email Analyst will support email marketing operations and analytics for targeted campaigns, working from the Long Island City office to optimize performance and reporting. The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, segment analysis, and campaign measurement to improve engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze email campaign performance and report on key metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting cadences
• Conduct segmentation and audience analyses to inform targeting
• A/B test subject lines, content, and send times and interpret results
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement recommendations
• Monitor deliverability and list health and recommend improvements
• Support campaign setup and deployment within the ESP

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in marketing analytics or related field
• Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of A B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and organizational skills
