Responsibilities- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to develop a high-impact email and SMS calendar aligned with business priorities.
- Build, test, and deploy campaigns in Braze, ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery.
- Develop segmentation strategies to target distinct customer groups and maximize engagement.
- Design and implement automated journeys, triggered campaigns, and personalized experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve results.
- Act as a subject matter expert for email and SMS marketing, advising internal stakeholders on best practices.
Requirements- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing or CRM, preferably in Braze or a similar Email Service Provider.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and channels in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Baseline understanding of segmentation, customer lifecycle marketing, and journey automation.
